Our programs run all the way from single events to multi-week coaching and action learning experiences.
PLEASE NOTE!
There is a difference between a training event and training in an
action learning format. Training as an educational event is designed to teach
new or improve existing skills in a predetermined time and place. Action learning
combines teaching, facilitation, goal setting, action and results reporting over
time.
We offer both options - either at your site – or in a unique online format
which combines downloaded resources with “skill workouts” involving
a live facilitator. At the heart of each option and program, even those taking
place in an “event” setting, is goal setting, action planning and
accountability.
We offer over 30 different modular themes highly relevant to today’s
changing business environment. These themes are separated into four major categories. See the "Training Areas" on the left to identify each major category and link to specific offerings under each area. Far from being “boilerplate”, these
programs can easily be customized to your organization's needs.
