Executive and Individual Coaching

At whatever level in an organization, many prefer one-on-one approaches for doing development work in a private setting of strict confidentiality. Our coaching strategies are designed for those who demand of themselves a higher level of excellence and industrial, professional and personal "edge".

Whatever the need, experienced coaches have likely experienced some of the same challenges and as empathetic "outsiders" open up new perspectives for client consideration. An expert coach will become your partner to help you achieve what is most important and actionable; and will have no agenda other than to help you "win" in all areas of your personal and professional life. All interactions and feedback are held in strict confidence.


Four coaching venues from which to choose

Individual Effectiveness Coaching in person or by phone. Senior leaders often have little opportunity for open and productive dialogue - creative conversations designed to solve problems and bring thoughts, visions, projects and goals to fruition. When these intentions are thwarted and action is interrupted, they can feel alone and stuck - feeling the limitations of not being able to clearly identify clearly what's important and needed. In a secure venue, assumptions are surfaced, issues processed, and right action created that is aligned with business and personal reality. At the client’s discretion, a 360 strategy can be introduced to surface key perceptions of others for additional clarity. Contact us for details.

Strategy-Focused Coaching is designed to integrate individual and organizational change into a single effort. This is often called for when leaders need to strongly consider the organizational context and dedicate their efforts to develop in relationship with addressing the strategic challenges for which they are responsible. In this engagement, coaching is seen as a way to drive organizational change through individual development, and help a leader pick up on both tangible and intangible levers to effective planning and execution – at the same time accelerating their personal capabilities. Growing Leaders 360° Program - offered on site or through a Webinar. The Growing Leader 360° Program is a process for generating feedback from others with whom the client works and lives  that allows individuals to pinpoint strengths and developmental needs. It is complemented by an action planning system (in person or online). We provide the support and the plan to help leaders put their strengths into action. The follow up includes a pulse survey (a mini 360° designed jointly by coach and client) to provide feedback on progress made. Contact us for details.

Virtual Group Career Coaching - Sessions are offered through our Career-Life Changes division. The focus of this Individual Coaching is YOU IN TRANSITION. By coaching in this exact format to fit your needs, you will receive individual attention and customized research that specifically target the areas of career and life which intrigue you and are unique to your situation – this at very reasonable rates.
