Individual Effectiveness Coaching
Individual Effectiveness Coaching is a primary means to build and sustain cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes in leaders that result in observable, measurable goal attainment and performance enhancement. Although business realities are never abandoned, the emphasis here is on the individual and tends to be more developmental – problem or solution driven - than focused on the business itself.
Individual Effectiveness Coaching is best utilized when there is a need for real change in leadership and management practices to happen quickly, when the organization is struggling to successfully integrate new leaders into their culture, or with leaders who have difficulty finding time for program-based development. It works optimally when a boss or sponsor has already identified the key performance-enhancement goals. This approach to coaching can also be used in customized applications such as reinforcing certain key practices in the organization’s leadership development program, job transition, and new employee on-boarding.
In this type of engagement, it is important that clients are highly motivated and capable of self awareness, so that our coaches can optimally support their growth. Our coaches use a variety of assessments to help their clients gain clarity; including MBTI, DISC, iWAM, Hogan, and Reiss.
From the awareness gained, developmental action plans are introduced to give the client a measurement for accomplishment.
