Growing Leader 360° Program
We believe that leaders are not born, they are developed. For the convenience of our clients, regardless of their location, we introduce the Growing Leader 360° Program. This unique process encourages listening to multiple perspectives and sets the tone for effective communication. This is a proven way to ensure accountability and making the return on investment (e.g. increased employee satisfaction, less turnover) clear and easier to justify.
The Growing Leader 360° Program is a powerful process for generating clear awareness from those who share your life and workplace, resulting in visible change. By focusing on behaviorally-based feedback, leaders can pinpoint learning acuity. Through our action planning system (in person or online), we provide the support and the plan that leaders need to put their strengths into action. Follow up is also an important part of our program. Following the implementation of the action plan, a pulse survey (a mini 360° designed jointly by coach and client) provides feedback on progress.
This process is easily adapted to a group of your organization’s leaders as well as to an individual. To make group process effective, we have designed a half-day program, either through a Webinar or on site. Both formats provide a group profile and tips on how to interpret individual results.
