- Change Grid A unique client-driven and activity-specific assessment with the entire focus is on the client’s unique current and desired situations — and the mission-critical activities associated with making the changes they have in mind.
When tabulated, The ChangeGrid® provides insight, a framework for discussion, and an action planning tool. It begins with a totally client driven activity list, described with an actionable verb, and usually related to what must be done to make a success of “mission critical” initiatives. Once the Activity List has been created, the ChangeGrid® is ready for the client’s chosen population to complete. Once done, the System asks respondents to provide numerical answers to three questions regarding their perceptions of each of the activities the client has included on their list according to the following criteria: Perceived Ability, Perceived Challenge, and Perceived Importance. The focus is entirely on how clients are responding to the specific situations and activities they have chosen to explore and have identified as important - whether easily and high motivational to accomplish, difficult but doable, or impossible without help. This Grid is often used by clients as a way of viewing resourcing and planning priorities. For more information, contact us.
